"My husband and I are extremely pleased with our FREEPORT built HERON modular home located in SAGE CREEK. We were fortunate to be able to adjust the floor plans to suit our needs and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Some of the rooms were changed dramatically and many people who have come to view our home have been surprised at how nice the changes are and have incorporated some of the changes into their home plans.

The staff members have been so gracious and willing to assist in any concerns that we have encountered, although they are extremely rare and minimal. Our new neighbours are very pleasant and interesting. Occasionally we try to have a little cocktail get together on Friday afternoons, especially now during the summer when the weather is nice, we enjoy visiting with friends outside.

It is fun to be living in such an exciting growing neighbourhood where many of the residents come from far and wide across Canada. It is pleasant and a thrill to make these new acquaintances and to get to know them, their extended families, share recipes, garden produce and to enjoy a happy and exciting new community we are helping to build here in Westbank.

The location of SAGE CREEK is wonderful. We have all the shops we need right here in Westbank and it is only a short drive over the bridge to shop in Kelowna. It is about a three and one half hour drive to Vancouver and we certainly enjoy the changing seasons and moderate weather we enjoy during all the seasons. I would not hesitate to recommend Sage Creek to anyone as a wonderful home destination location.

My father and mother also built a home here and live next door. Their home is an OSPREY with several changes to the original plans. My mother was thrilled with her new home at SAGE CREEK and was thrilled when the show home staff asked her if they could show prospective buyers through their home. Mom was extremely house proud and was always pleased to share her ideas with possible new neighbours."
