Building Freeport
Identifying the Need for Better
While developing modular home parks in Nanaimo and Powell River, Freeport's owner, Todd Venier, observed inconsistent quality and limited design flexibility in modular housing. This firsthand experience led to the conviction that the product needed to be better in order to properly build communities.
